The investment is $1,500 for our two-day Design Intensive. Due to limited availability, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required in order to book your intensive, and the remaining balance will be due on the final day of the intensive. South African citizens - please reach out for a local ZAR rate.

I’ll be very realistic and upfront with you about what I think we can achieve in the days. We’ll be in touch throughout the two days to assess progress and to get feedback, so if I feel we are lagging in a certain area, I will let you know if we are at a risk of not finishing in the allotted time. At the end of our Design Intensive, if you’d like, you will have the choice to book another slot with me if you’d like to work on additional items or have more time.

Full-service brand and web projects take place over a number of months and involve a very in-depth brand strategy & process. The process involves lots of detailed review rounds and back & forth communication, and as a result can take a very long time. Because of this timeframe, we are usually able to accomplish a different set of goals and something much more custom, detailed and tailored for a brand’s strategic long term needs - for branding projects this may look like an in-depth competitor analysis and for web design this may look like a fully custom-coded website with unique functionality. The goals for those projects are often different to Design Intensives where the goals are simply about achieving the basics and setting you up with a great foundation in a very quick turnaround time.

Yes! A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to lock the intensive into my schedule. The remaining 50% will be due on the final (second) day of our Intensive prior to handing over any final files. Invoices will be sent for you to make payment via bank transfer or Paypal. If you need another payment plan, please always reach out so that we can discuss a plan that works for you.

Yes! In fact, we usually recommend that for new small businesses just starting out, a design intensive is usually best. Once your business is on its feet and you have more strategic insight on your specific goals and challenges, you will benefit more from our strategy-focused full-service branding services.
